Analytics
With your consent, we use PostHog to understand how ClinicShield is used.
If you click "Reject optional cookies", PostHog still counts page views and clicks, but without cookies or any analytics identifier stored on your device (we only keep your choice itself in your browser's local storage). Visits are grouped using an anonymous code that PostHog works out on its servers and changes every day, so it can't recognise you on later days or link your visits to your account.
PostHog also measures website performance using Core Web Vitals, such as loading speed and responsiveness, under the same choices.
Google Ads measurement
If you arrive by clicking one of our Google adverts, the link includes a click identifier (gclid). With your consent, we keep it in your browser for up to 90 days. If you create an organisation in that time, we save it with your organisation and share it with Google Ads (via PostHog) when you sign up and if you buy a subscription, so we can see which adverts work. We don't send your name or email. If you reject or withdraw consent, we delete it from your browser.
